Free shipping is available on all US orders (excluding Alaska and Hawaii, to which Moroccanoil offers a $35 flat rate shipping fee). We require 1–2 business days for processing and shipping can take up to an additional 2–5 business days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii takes approximately 3 weeks.
Express shipping is available on all US orders (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) for a $14.99 shipping fee. Express orders placed by 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time on business days will ship out the same day. Express orders placed after 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time on business days will ship out the next business day. Express orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship out the next business day. Express shipping takes approximately 2 business days. Due to federal regulations, express shipping is not available for orders containing aerosol products.
Shipping in Canada is free with no purchase minimum. Shipping in Canada is approximately 2-10 business days. Unfortunately, expedited shipping isn't available for Canadian orders yet.
Moroccanoil orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday 8:30–17:30, excluding holidays). Kindly note that processing and shipping times are subject to delays during major holidays.
