Free shipping is available on all orders as an exclusive perk for our Moroccanoil Rewards members. Signing up is free and only takes a moment (excluding Alaska and Hawaii, to which Moroccanoil offers a $35 flat rate shipping fee).
Shipping is also free on orders of $50 or more (excluding taxes, and Alaska and Hawaii). Otherwise, a current standard shipping rate of $9 will apply.
We require 1–2 business days for processing and shipping can take up to an additional 2–5 business days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii takes approximately 3 weeks.
At this time, Moroccanoil ships strictly to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, plus Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam), the Armed Forces and PO boxes are currently unavailable.
Express shipping is available on all US orders (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) for a $14.99 shipping fee. Express orders placed by 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time on business days will ship out the same day. Express orders placed after 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time on business days will ship out the next business day. Express orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship out the next business day. Express shipping takes approximately 2 business days. Due to federal regulations, express shipping is not available for orders containing aerosol products.
Moroccanoil orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday 8:30–17:30, excluding holidays). Kindly note that processing and shipping times are subject to delays during major holidays.
